The CI Engineer supports the identification and implementation of operational improvements to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation goals. This role leads the deployment of Lean principles across the site and works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to embed continuous improvement into daily operations and plant culture.\nHow You Will Help\nIdentify improvement opportunities through data collection and observation within the plant and office.
