Take necessary actions to ensure orders remain on schedule. Meets service level requirements.\nDevelop and build supplier relationships and oversees/benchmarks the Supply Chain Management process. Team with the Global Sourcing group on MCTO initiatives.\nManage issuance of purchase orders and invoicing, monitoring and preparing reports or budget adherence.\nOrganize and manage the annual physical inventory or alternatively, oversee the ongoing cycle counting process, as directed.\nCoordinate with the Central Planning team to determine actions needed to attain service level targets and working capital targets.\nUtilize the sales, forecast, and order input data to determine actions needed to attain the overall turns and working capital targets.\nIncorporate all of the above essential functions though a focus towards continuous improvement.\n\nWhat You Will Bring\nBachelor’s Degree with focus that complements job position.\n10+ years of progressive experience in materials functions in manufacturing operations.\nSkilled in leading and participating in continuous improvement initiatives, TPS or similar.\nMust possess strong analytical and communication skills.\nMust demonstrate good judgment to be able to plan and accomplish short-term and long-term goals.\nComprehensive experience in current ERP systems, specifically M3, for inventory control, scheduling, and forecasting are required.
