This role supervises Quality Technicians, supports quality and environmental management systems, drives corrective actions, and partners with operations leadership to promote continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence.\nHow You Will Help\nSupervise and support Quality Technicians, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management. \nEnsure compliance with company quality procedures, policies, and environmental management systems. \nMonitor and verify product quality through inspections and testing activities. \nInvestigate, document, and report non-conformances and lead corrective action initiatives. \nMaintain responsibility for the quality of finished products and support continuous improvement efforts.\nReview and maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and management reports. \nAnalyze quality data, scrap trends, and process performance to identify opportunities for improvement. \nParticipate in cross-functional meetings focused on quality, productivity, and operational performance. \nEnsure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements. \nTravel to customer and supplier locations as needed to support quality initiatives and issue resolution. \nGenerate reports and documentation for management review and quality system audits. \nSupport internal and external audit activities and maintain compliance with applicable quality standards\nWhat You Will Bring\nMinimum of two years of quality assurance, quality control, manufacturing, or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
