It also involves partnering with cross-functional teams to support planning, forecasting, and decision-making, while improving reporting processes, and enhancing financial visibility across the organization.\nHow You Will Help\n\nCollect, consolidate, and analyze financial information for assigned accounts, products or product lines, or business units to track the organization's progress against financial goals.\nAct as project manager for processes including month end, forecasting, and budget consolidations. Responsible for keeping processes moving and adjusting as necessary based on feedback from stakeholders.\nResponsible for SG&A reporting for operational departments. \nPerform advanced financial analysis to support business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling.\nPartner closely with stakeholders across functions, including operations, commercial, and corporate teams, to influence decision-making and provide actionable financial insights.\nAnalyze cash flow, expenditure, revenue, depreciation, and investments to make recommendations for action and/or modifications regarding financial procedures, plans, and controls.\nAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements.\nImprove and streamline financial reporting processes, including automation and data integration where applicable\nProvide guidance, coaching, and support to less experienced financial analysts, helping improve analytical quality, reporting discipline, and overall finance team effectiveness.\nEnsure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across systems and reports.\nWhat You Will Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required;
