This position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with wage and hour laws and collective bargaining agreements, and providing exceptional support to employees, supervisors, and business leaders.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have extensive payroll experience in a manufacturing environment, strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.\nHow You Will Help\nProcess weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees with a high degree of accuracy.\nAdminister payroll using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring data integrity and compliance.\nReview and reconcile time and attendance records, including overtime, shift premiums, vacation, holiday pay, and other contractual pay provisions.\nInterpret and administer payroll provisions contained within the collective bargaining agreement.\nProcess employee status changes including new hires, transfers, promotions, leaves of absence, and terminations.\nAdminister payroll deductions, garnishments, benefit deductions, and other payroll-related transactions.\nRespond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner in both English and Spanish.\nEnsure compliance with federal, state, local, and contractual payroll requirements.\nSupport payroll audits, year-end processing, W-2 preparation, and payroll reporting activities.\nMaintain strict confidentiality of employee and payroll records.\nWhat You Will Bring\nAssociate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field;
