He or she must have the ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and work closely with other team members to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and share data.\nHow You Will Help\n\nPrepare and maintain account reconciliations and related data per company policy and US GAAP and collaboratively work with other functions to ensure reconciling items are quickly resolved\nPrepare journal entries and supporting documentation\nAnalyze financial statements and related information specific to assigned areas and investigate discrepancies and variances\nSupport month-end close process\nIdentify and implement process improvements to drive accuracy and efficiency\nPrepare and communicate monthly and ad-hoc reports\nWork with external auditors and support special projects\nWhat You Will Bring\n\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred\n0-2 years experience\nMinimum of 1-2 years of experience working on a large ERP solution (D365 preferred)\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nExcellent with Microsoft applications\nExperience with data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI preferred)\nAbility to multitask and work effectively with others in a team environment\nSelf-starter with excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills\nDetail, deadline and goal-oriented\nCompensation\nThe base salary range for this position is $63,000 - $78,000 USD annually*.\n*The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this role.
