# Value Stream Manager

Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation is seeking a Value Stream Manager (VSM) to lead, coordinate, and continuously improve one of two product value streams (Gruvlok or Threaded Fittings) within the machine shop. This role is responsible for ensuring customer requirements are achieved at the highest levels of safety, quality, delivery, and cost-effectiveness. The Value Stream Manager serves as a key operational leader, integrating people, materials, machines, processes, and lead times to drive performance and achieve business objectives. How You Will Help Lead a cross-functional team of supervisors, engineers, and operators within the assigned value stream. Build and sustain a culture of accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to team members. Own value stream performance and ensure achievement of key performance indicators, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and lead time. Collaborate closely with planning, scheduling, materials, and supply chain teams to ensure efficient flow of materials and on-time customer delivery. Lead continuous improvement initiativ
