You will troubleshoot real network issues across 3G, 4G, and 5G Standalone, own tickets end-to-end, and lead integrations and projects on a live production network.\nWe are a focused team that moves fast and takes full ownership of activities end to end.\nEngineers here are expected to grow quickly into independent contributors\nRequirements\nDeep understanding of MNO/MVNO architecture and end-to-end GTP flow design\nComplete familiarity with 3GPP standards across 2G/3G/4G and 5G, including:\nGTP-C / GTP-U, CUPS - bearer lifecycle, session management, data plane flows\nDiameter & Radius - routing, realms, application IDs (Gx, Gy, S6a), AAA flows\n5G-SA architecture - AMF, SMF, UPF, NRF, PCF - hands-on or advanced lab experience\nStrong understanding of GRX routing and IPX interconnect operations\nUnderstanding of roaming processes and procedures: IR.21,IPX, and GRX operations\nHands-on experience\n•PGW - configuration, troubleshooting, session management\n•PCRF- Gx interface, policy management\n•GTP Proxy - GTP-C interception, roaming traffic steering\nDiameter - routing configuration, signaling troubleshooting, experience analyzing Diameter flows.\nRadius - AAA flows, authentication, and accounting troubleshooting, experience analyzing Radius.\nUnderstanding of roaming processes and procedures (IR.21, familiarity with IPX and GRX operations).\nWorking with monitoring tools\nOur engineer should have the following skills:\nAbility to design, scale, and integrate a network element into a live network.\nHands-on experience in integration between network elements.\nComfortable working under pressure during live network incidents\nAt least 3 years of practical experience as a core engineer.\nFamiliar with APIs and basic scripting (Python or similar).\n24x7 On-call duty.\nTeam player\nAbout Webbing\nFounded in early 2010, Webbing is a global data MVNO that delivers enterprise grade, global connectivity and IoT services across more than 200 countries and 600+ mobile carriers' networks.
