产品及专业能力\n熟悉冰箱、洗衣机产品结构、核心技术参数及主流产品趋势。\n具备较强的竞品分析、产品定义、产品组合及价格分析能力。\n能独立完成成本、价值链、价格体系及盈利模型测算。\n3. 业务操盘能力\n具备从市场洞察→产品规划→成本定价→渠道上市→营销推广→Sell-out提升的全流程操盘能力。\n具备较强的商业敏感度和数据分析能力，能够根据市场及销售表现快速调整产品和销售策略。\n4. 项目及协同能力\n具备较强的跨部门项目管理及推动能力，能够有效协调总部、研发、供应链、认证、代理商及客户等资源。\n5. 本地化及非洲经验--优先\n深入了解冰洗制造、供应链及本地化生产流程，有SKD/CKD、本地制造或工厂项目经验者优先。\n6.
