管理项目范围、进度、风险、资源和交付质量，推动跨部门问题闭环，并建设平台运营机制、数据看板和流程改进方法论。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上项目管理、研发管理、流程数字化、PLM/PPM/IPD平台建设或企业级系统实施经验，其中至少2年以上IPD、软硬件研发项目管理或研发管理数字化相关项目经验。\n2. 熟悉IPD流程体系和端到端产品开发流程，理解软件、硬件、测试、质量、供应链等研发协同场景，具备较强的业务流程梳理、方案设计、系统需求转化和数据指标建设能力。\n3.
