结合具体业务模式及交易安排识别法律风险，并根据业务需要参与合同谈判及交易条款磋商。\n2. 法律调研及法规研究\n持续关注马来西亚以及新加坡、印尼、泰国等重点东南亚国家与公司业务相关的法律法规、监管政策及合规动态; 结合海外业务发展需要开展法律研究，输出法规更新、法律分析及基础法律意见，并就重要法律变化及时向业务及相关法务团队进行提示。\n3. 日常业务法律支持\n对接马来西亚本地业务团队，并协同支持其他东南亚国家业务团队的日常法律需求，包括商业合同、业务模式、市场营销、消费者保护、数据及隐私合规、劳动用工及一般公司法律事务等，为业务开展提供及时、务实的法律支持，并识别和提示相关法律风险。\n4. 新项目及重大、复杂事项支持\n参与东南亚区域内新项目、新业务模式、重要商业合作、重大交易、潜在争议及高风险合规事项的法律支持工作; 协助梳理业务和事实背景、识别核心法律问题和风险点、整理相关文件及材料，并配合总部、区域法务团队及外部律师推进解决方案落地。\n5. 法律风险识别与管理\n结合东南亚各国家业务实际，在日常法律支持过程中主动识别法律及合规风险，提出具有可操作性的风险防范建议和措施; 协助完善马来西亚及东南亚区域相关法律风险管理机制、标准合同文本、法律流程及内部指引。\n6. 法律及合规培训\n结合马来西亚及东南亚业务特点、法律环境和常见风险，为业务及职能部门开展法律专业支持、合规宣导及培训，提升海外团队的法律风险意识及合规能力。\n7. 外部律师管理及法律费用管理\n负责与马来西亚及相关东南亚国家外部律师的日常沟通和协调，根据事项需要进行外部律师选聘、工作范围确认、资料提供及进度跟进; 参与外部法律服务费用预算、审核及使用管理，在保证法律服务质量的同时提升外部法律资源使用效率。\n8. 跨区域及其他法律支持\n与总部法务及其他区域法务团队保持良好协作，完成集团相关部门及东南亚业务部门提出的涉外及海外法律事务支持，并根据业务需要承担法务部门安排的其他相关工作。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 法学相关专业本科及以上学历; 具备中国、马来西亚、新加坡或其他普通法司法辖区法律教育或执业背景者优先。\n2. 熟悉马来西亚商业法律环境及企业日常经营涉及的主要法律法规; 对新加坡、印尼、泰国等东南亚国家的商业法律及监管环境具有一定了解，能够通过法律研究及外部律师资源处理跨法域的基础法律问题。\n3. 具有3年及以上相关法律工作经验，具备企业法务、大中型企业海外法务、跨国公司法务、律师事务所或其他涉外法律工作经验。\n4. 具有海外法务或跨境法律事务支持经验; 有东南亚工作经历、中资企业海外业务支持经验，或曾负责东南亚区域法律事务者优先。\n5. 具备较强的合同审查、商业交易支持及一般企业合规能力，对数据及隐私保护、劳动用工、消费者保护、市场营销合规、争议处理等领域具有实际工作经验者优先。\n6. 具有较好的法律分析、风险判断及问题解决能力，能够在不同国家法律环境及业务场景下快速识别关键法律问题，并结合业务实际提出具有可操作性的解决方案。\n7. 具备良好的中英文书面及口头工作能力，能够使用英文独立处理合同、法律文件、邮件及跨国会议沟通，并适应跨文化、跨区域团队协作。\n8. 具备较强的责任心、沟通协调能力和业务意识，能够独立推进日常法律事务，并在总部或区域法务团队指导下处理较复杂或重大法律事项。\n9. 能够接受常驻马来西亚，并根据业务需要在新加坡、印尼、泰国及其他东南亚国家进行短期出差;
