岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责组织内部研发：系统、软件、硬件、结构、电机等专业，解析开发过程相关质量问题，确保快速准确解决;

2. 负责灵巧手开发性能试验验证，完成性能开发报告;

3. 负责整机开发现场端灵巧手系统（关节模组、线束、结构件等）疑难问题分析技术支持，必要时现地分析;

4. 负责新项目投产初期（SOP+3前）制造工厂EOL问题分析解决，提升FTT; 参与新项目售后维修策略制定;

5. 负责研发过程中灵巧手系统相关质量问题管理，会议平台、系统维护等;

6. 负责总结市场质量历史问题经验，组织新项目规避排查活动，紧密配合产品开发平台，反向提出质量改进相关开发需求;

7. 负责针对产品平台开发评审冻结过程中的质量信息的确认和检查，确保设计过程中考虑已发生的相关质量问题。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科以上学历，3年以上工作经验，电子电气、自动化等电学相关专业，有灵巧手系统开发经验优先;

2、熟悉灵巧手结构、电驱动总成或电控总成或关节模组（电机、减速器、驱动器、力矩传感器、编码器）的工作原理、结构和应用;

3、熟悉整车CAN&Ethercat报文分析，会使用CAN和Ehtercat的报文分析软件及工具，熟悉失效分析流程;

4、熟悉8D流程、FTA与鱼骨图分析等质量工具，要求问题解决逻辑清晰，思维严谨，具有较强的组织协调和团队协作能力。
