Key Responsibilities\nA. BIMModelling & Coordination\n· Develop, maintain and update BIMmodels for multidisciplinary engineering systems.\n· Coordinate models across mechanical,electrical, piping, architectural, structural and facility services.\n· Perform clash detection and identifyrouting, space and constructability conflicts.\n· Coordinate model revisions withengineers, project teams, contractors and subcontractors.\n· Participate in BIM coordination anddesign review meetings.\n· Ensure models are properlycoordinated before issue for construction.\n· Maintain model accuracy andconsistency throughout the project lifecycle.\nB. EngineeringDrawing Preparation\nPrepare andrevise drawings including:\n· General Arrangement Drawings\n· Equipment Layouts\n· ACMV / HVAC Layouts\n· Ducting Layouts\n· Chilled Water Piping Layouts\n· Process Utility Piping Layouts\n· Cleanroom Layouts\n· Ceiling Coordination Drawings\n· Piping Isometric Drawings\n· Sections and Details\n· Equipment Connection Details\n· Electrical Containment Layouts\n· Utility Routing Drawings\n· Shop Drawings\n· Installation Drawings\n· As-Built Drawings\nC. MultidisciplinaryEngineering Coordination\n· Coordinate engineering serviceswithin congested project areas.\n· Ensure adequate clearance betweenpiping, ducting, equipment, cable containment, structures and architecturalelements.\n· Coordinate equipment locations,service routes, access requirements and maintenance clearances.\n· Coordinate ceiling-mounted andoverhead services.\n· Coordinate service penetrations,utility drops and equipment interfaces.\n· Review layouts for installationfeasibility and constructability.\n· Work closely with engineering teamsto incorporate technical requirements into coordinated models.\nD. ClashDetection & Constructability Review\nPerform model clash detection using BIM coordination software.\nCategorise and track clashes.\nCoordinate clash resolution with relevant engineering disciplines.\nReview service routing for constructability and accessibility.\nHighlight design conflicts before construction.\nSupport preparation of coordinated installation drawings.\nE. Tender& Proposal Support\nAssist engineering teams in preparing tender drawings and layouts.\nDevelop preliminary equipment and utility layouts.\nSupport quantity take-off where required.\nUpdate drawings based on tender clarifications and client requirements.\nAssist in preparation of presentation drawings and technical submissions.\nF. Site& Construction Support\nConduct site measurements and surveys when required.\nUpdate drawings based on actual site conditions.\nSupport site teams in resolving installation and coordination issues.\nPrepare revised drawings and details for site implementation.\nIncorporate approved site changes into BIM models.\nMaintain accurate redline and as-built records\nG. Document & Drawing Control\nMaintain proper drawing numbering and revision control.\nEnsure all drawings follow company and project drafting standards.\nMaintain organised BIM and CAD file structures.\nUpdate drawing registers where required.\nEnsure latest approved drawings are used for coordination and construction.\nAssist with preparation of final as-built documentation.\nH. SoftwareSkills\nCandidatesshould preferably be proficient in:\nAutodesk Revit\nAutoCAD\nNavisworks Manage\nBIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud\nMicrosoft Office\n3. Qualifications\nThe successful candidate shouldpossess:\nDiploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, BIM, Drafting or related discipline.\nMinimum 3–5 years of relevant BIM modelling, drafting or coordination experience preferred.\nExperience in semiconductor, cleanroom, industrial, pharmaceutical or high-technology facility projects will be advantageous.\nGood understanding of engineering drawings and construction coordination.\nAble to interpret P&IDs, equipment layouts, architectural drawings and engineering specifications.\nGood understanding of BIM coordination and clash detection workflows.\n4.
