In this position, you’ll oversee the receipt, organization, and distribution of tools, materials, and equipment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all warehouse activities.\nYou’ll be responsible for maintaining organized inventory, supporting field teams with timely dispatches, and upholding strong inventory control processes. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.\nKey Responsibilities\nGenerate and manage requests for tools, materials, and equipment.\nUtilize the ERP accounting system to process purchase orders, track inventory, and manage sales and rental items.\nProcure tools and consumables in alignment with project requirements and budget guidelines.\nManage stock control, including procurement, receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of supplies.\nAssist in sourcing, selecting, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring materials are delivered on time to meet project deadlines.\nCoordinate shipment loading and transfers, including accurate documentation and data entry.\nMaintain responsibility for the security of the warehouse facility and inventory.\nConduct regular audits of all equipment at the assigned location.\nCoordinate equipment moves as directed by the Warehouse Manager.\nPerform scheduled and emergency deliveries of tools and materials to support field operations.\nSupport emergency-driven crew assignments to ensure timely response to operational needs.\nAlign warehouse resources and activities with departmental and company objectives.\nEnsure compliance with all warehouses, logistics, safety, and quality standards.\nPromote a safe, efficient, and high-performing warehouse team environment.\nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and surrounding areas.\nWho We’re Looking For\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nWorking knowledge of heavy equipment, trailers, warehousing equipment, and vehicles.\nProficient in Microsoft applications and the ability to learn new software systems as required.\nLocal to York, Pennsylvania but with regular travel to other offices, customer facilities, jobsites and yard locations for offsite meetings. \nA “can-do” attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.\nDriving record free of moving violations, accidents and have the ability to drive company vehicles safely.\nValid CDL is strongly
