As Digital Program Manager you will support our digital transformation initiatives across IT, Digitalization, Data, and AI - contributing to portfolio governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and delivery coordination across the organisation.\nThis is a growth role for an early-career PM with strong technical instincts who wants to develop into a senior Digital Program Manager within 2-3 years.\nWhat you will be responsible for:\nPortfolio Governance & Reporting\nSupport the establishment and operation of standardised IT/Digital project governance processes\nMaintain portfolio reporting and dashboarding capabilities - including building and updating dashboards directly, not just commissioning others to do so\nPrepare clear project updates, risk summaries, and management reports while ensuring visibility and traceability across digital initiatives through consistent tracking and documentation\nAgile Delivery Support\nFacilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, IT/Digital teams, and external vendors\nPromote agile practices by enabling continuous improvement, removing blockers, and ensuring delivery transparency\nStakeholder Engagement & Communication\nAct as the link between business and IT/Digital stakeholders, clearly communicating status, risks, and key decisions\nDrive stakeholder engagement and change initiatives across transformation programs\nFacilitate collaboration through workshops and promote effective team communication\nDigital Adoption & Collaboration Culture\nAdvocate for digital-first, AI-enabled ways of working and drive awareness of transformation initiatives\nFoster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement across business and IT/Digital teams\nEncourage strong business ownership and active engagement in digital initiatives.\n The right candidate is comfortable operating hands-on with digital tools and infrastructure, uses AI to accelerate their work, and brings the interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships across business and IT teams from day one.\n2-4 years of experience in a PMO, digital delivery, IT coordination, or programme support role\nProficient with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), M365 stack (SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Office applications), and project delivery tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)\nComfortable building and maintaining reporting infrastructure directly, including Power BI or equivalent data visualisation tools\nActive user of AI productivity tools (MS Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) with the ability to apply them effectively across drafting, research, summarisation, and analysis tasks\nSolid understanding of project governance, portfolio management, and agile delivery principles\nExperience working in cross-functional environments with both business and IT stakeholders\nStrong organisational, analytical, and communication skills - written and verbal\nFluent in English; German is a plus\n A truly international working environment with colleagues from all over the world\nAn open-minded, friendly, dynamic, and highly motivated team\nInteresting and challenging tasks, and thus a scope of professional growth and development\nWe encourage both team work and personal responsibility\nCompetitive remuneration, and other exciting benefits.\nWe know that no candidate ticks every box.
