The company operates internationally from offices across Europe, North America, Asia Pacific and Africa.\n Join our Project Management team and help us drive the energy transition!\nAs Project Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership of complex renewable energy projects, coordinating cross-functional teams from development through key milestones to NTP. Acting as the central link between Development, EPC, Finance, Commercial and senior leadership, you will bring structure, transparency and momentum to projects while helping to strengthen our project management standards and ways of working. You will report to the Head of Project Management & Standards.\nKey responsibilities:\nLead and manage projects and cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective coordination of all workstreams, internal functions and external stakeholders from Development through NTP\nEnsure consistent application of ib vogt project management standards, governance requirements and Stage Gate processes, including preparation of gate decisions and maintenance of required project information in Compass\nOversee the overall project schedule, budget and delivery performance, ensuring key development, commercial and execution milestones, including RTB, FID and NTP, are achieved on time and to the agreed quality standards\nManage project risks, dependencies, issues and conflicts, driving mitigation actions, troubleshooting and timely escalation of material matters\nEnsure effective day-to-day cross-functional project coordination, including clear ownership, follow-ups, action tracking and alignment between Development, Engineering, EPC, Grid, Commercial and other relevant functions\nSupport and initiate project budgeting and Investment Committee approval processes, ensuring alignment between project strategy, budget, risks and delivery requirements\nCoordinate and review key project agreements and commercial interfaces with the relevant functional teams, including EPC, Asset Management and O&M agreements\nProvide regular project updates and reporting to senior management, covering key milestones, risks, budget, decisions and commercial matters\nCoordinate key supporting project processes, including due diligence, project financing and project sales, ensuring timely involvement and alignment of the responsible functional teams\nDrive continuous improvement of project delivery, including project kick-offs, lessons learned and implementation of improved project management standards and ways of working.\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline\nSeveral years of professional experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, project development, project management, EPC, or project finance\nProven ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders\nStrong commercial understanding of project finance, EPC contracts, transactions, and investment decisions\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills\nStrong project management, planning, coordination, and organisational capabilities\nSolid understanding of project governance, risk management, budgeting, reporting, and Stage Gate processes\nHigh ownership, accountability, and entrepreneurial mindset\nAble to work independently and coordinate cross-functional, international teams\nExperience working in multicultural environments\nProficiency in MS Office and project management/reporting tools; Compass is a plus\nPMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or similar certification is an advantage\n German C1+ required\nAdditional languages (Italian, Spanish, French) are a plus.\n A truly international working environment with colleagues from all over the world\nAn open-minded, friendly, dynamic, and highly motivated team\nInteresting and challenging tasks, and thus a scope of professional growth and development\nWe encourage both team work and personal responsibility\nVery good opportunities for professional and personal development \nCompetitive remuneration, and other exciting benefits.\nWe know that no candidate ticks every box.
