IBA IT Park is seeking a Sales Development Representative

IBA IT Park is a software development and IT consulting company based in Minsk. Since 2006, it has built custom software solutions for international clients. It has been a resident of the Belarus High-Tech Park since 2007, and its team covers the full project cycle, from business analysis and consulting to development, cloud solutions and support. What You Will Do:

• Develop and launch lead generation outreach campaigns.
• Writing chains of emails and messages that will lead to discovery meetings.
• Handling answers from prospects, working with objections.
• Arranging discovery meeting for sales representatives.
• Analyze outreach results and improve key metrics.

What We Expect

• 1+ years of experience in B2B lead generation for English speaking markets.
• Ability to develop and implement lead generation strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Solid knowledge of email and LinkedIn outreach automation tools.
• Experience in building lead lists to test lead generation hypotheses.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of how organizations operate internally and of current IT trends.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to organize and streamline the lead generation process.
• Understanding of key lead generation metrics.
• English: C1.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
• German: B1 or higher.
• An existing network of prospects on LinkedIn.
• Experience in conducting client meetings; negotiation skills.
• Experience in creating sales presentations.
