Responsible for performing training needs assessments, conducting needs analysis, designing curriculum and learning materials, and managing all phases of training delivery.\nEssential Functions:\nAnalysis\nAnalyze customer training needs\n\nEvaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the current curriculum\n\nEstablish complete and robust learning development plans\n\nIdentify structure and ideal delivery method for iBase-t as a company\n\nWork closely with the Documentation department, Product Management, Implementation Services, and the Partner channel to translate all analysis into educational offerings which guide the partner and customer in the successful adoption, implementation, integration, and use of the Solumina product\n\nAs appropriate, increase iBase-t on-demand/on-line training and documentation offerings to facilitate partner and customer learning\n\nDevelop metrics to assess needs and impact of training on customer performance, satisfaction, and retention\n\nDetermine methods to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into customer work behavior and installed accounts\n\nDesign\nPlan, schedule, and participate in the development of educational offerings and all related materials in response to product releases and partner and customer needs\n\nPeriodically review ongoing programs to ensure they accurately reflect the current functionality of the software\n\nStay abreast of new trends and tools in partner and customer training\n\nDelivery\nSet up, configure, and maintain necessary equipment to support training courses\n\nSet up, configure, and maintain necessary processes and cloud services to support virtual instructor led delivery\n\nDirect structured, engaging, and effective learning experiences and monitor their quality results\n\nDeliver training courses, virtual and on premise.\n\nRequirements:\nFamiliarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques\n\nKnowledge of large-scale, discrete manufacturing - experience in MES, SQM, or MRO is required\n\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills\n\nAbility to present complex information to a variety of audiences\n\nProven experience in designing multiple educational offerings in a corporate setting\n\nExtensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles\n\nProven ability to master the full training cycle\n\nEnthusiasm for learning things and teaching others\n\nDemonstrated focus on making the learning process flexible, fast-paced and enjoyable\n\nExperience developing and delivering Virtual Instructor Led courses\n\nExposure to learning management software\n\nReview and understand the Application user interface and integration for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) processes and the ability to discuss its benefits with customers.\n\nRequires experience in manufacturing processes, information systems, and system implementation methodologies\n\nDeveloping effective, maintainable code on time\n\nDesigning, coding, and testing new features\n\nUnderstand application schema logical and physical models\n\nResolve software issues in terms of functionality, usability, performance\n\nDevelop and implement systems interfaces, application configurations, specific customizations, data load, data migration, and application upgrade for assigned projects, as required by project requirements.\n\nWorks in a team environment\n\nSound decision making and organizational skills\n\nProficiency in MS Office and in database software\n\nDemonstrate a general understanding of various software development tools and structure (e.g. Kong, REDIS, Mongo DB, Kubernetes, and APIs.)\n\nAbility to travel as needed\n\nRequired Education/Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline;
