Responsibilities:\nTechnical Consulting & Implementation\nWork closely with clients and Business Service Consultants to understand customers’ technical requirements and business objectives.\n\nProvide hands-on technical support on Solumina software implementation, including configuration, extension, and integration with other systems.\n\nAssist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.\n\nDesign, implement, and optimize technical solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.\n\nImplement and configure integrations between Solumina and various systems.\n\nClient Engagement & Support\nAct as a technical advisor, guiding clients on best practices and system enhancements.\n\nEducate and conduct workshops for clients and their IT teams to ensure they are proficient in using and integrating with Solumina and can leverage its capabilities.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product Development, and Customer Care) to improve overall product functionality and customer experience.\n\nMaintain strong relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and proactive recommendations.\n\nProject Management & Documentation\nWork with project team in the planning, prioritizing and execution of assigned tasks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.\n\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation to support customer requirements.\n\nContribute to knowledge base to help clients and internal teams evolve best practices and recognize value from Solumina software.\n\nProvide feedback on product improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of services.\n\nQualifications and Skills:\n· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).\n· Experience: Proven experience (2-5 years) in software development, technical consulting, system integration, or IT services role.\n· Technical Skills:\no Software Development & Programming: Java, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, microservices architecture\no Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, SQL query\no Web Technologies & Data Formats: XML, XSLT, JSON\no Enterprise & Middleware Technologies: JEE, JMS, Tomcat, ActiveMQ\no Containerization & Orchestration: Kubernetes\no Version Control: Git\no Frontend Development (Basic Knowledge): React.js, Redux, Node.js, Web UI\no Software Development Concepts: lifecycles, Agile methodology, database concepts, integration design\n· Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.\n· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.\n· Project Management: Self-starter and capable of managing multiple projects and working independently and remotely.\n· Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\n· Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and keep up with evolving technologies.\n· Citizenship: Due to customer and contractual requirements, this position is open only to U.S. citizens.\n· Travel: Able to travel 30-40% of work time.\nPreferred Experience:\n· Familiarity with manufacturing process, A&D industry, and MES system.\n· Experience in integrating MES with ERP and other enterprise systems.\n· Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing.\n· Experience or certification in AWS and Azure are a
