governance, risk, compliance, cloud security, and telecommunications security.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nSecurity Operations\nMonitor and investigate security alerts from SIEM, EDR, email security, and firewalls.\nCoordinate with the SOC team on security incidents and suspicious activities.\nSupport phishing, malware, and account compromise investigations.\nAssist in incident response activities and documentation.\n\n Vulnerability Management\n\nSupport vulnerability scanning activities.\nTrack remediation of identified vulnerabilities.\nFollow up with system owners to ensure timely closure of security findings.\n\nGovernance, Risk & Compliance\n\nAssist with ISO 27001, customer security assessments, and audit activities.\nHelp maintain security policies, procedures, and risk registers.\nCollect and organize audit and compliance evidence.\n\nSecurity Awareness\nSupport cybersecurity awareness and phishing simulation campaigns.\nPrepare security advisories and awareness communications.\n\nReporting & Documentation\nPrepare weekly and monthly security reports.\nMaintain incident, vulnerability, and audit trackers.\nCreate dashboards and metrics for management reviews.\n\nQualifications\n\nExperience & Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field.\n2–4 years of experience in Cybersecurity, SOC, or IT Security.\nExperience working with security monitoring or incident management tools.\nExposure to compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 is an advantage.\n\nRequired Skills\n\nRequired Skills\n\nTechnical Skills\nBasic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and security controls.\nKnowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking fundamentals.\nFamiliarity with SIEM tools, EDR,
