The company has created and patented protocols that allow energy harvesting from electromagnetic waves; IBBX also produces an integrated circuit that executes such harvesting. It is the first real step into eliminating cables and vastly reducing battery sizes in electronic devices. \nWith a current team of 70 dedicated professionals, IBBX is in a phase of rapid growth, experiencing significant year-over-year expansion. Our culture is grounded in values of efficiency, respect, and diversity, and we are on a mission to attract, develop, and retain world-class talent aligned with our vision of creating impactful and world-changing innovations.\nThe first adopters of our technology are industries that rely on predictive maintenance of their production parks. \nOur first product is the IBBX Retina Suite for industry 4.0, a set of sensors that feed from the machine’s (wasted) electromagnetic energy, and they just work – no cable, no battery replacement. They also happen to speak a proprietary wireless data protocol that is optimized for long distances, ideal for large industrial and agricultural environments. It may seem a bit too techie, we know, but all this is to explain why our Retina Suite has a line of clients waiting to acquire it, an example of how successful we can be in the near future. \nRole Overview:\nIBBX is seeking Product Designers with extensive experience in modern tools and software, focused on creating design solutions that truly deliver value to the user. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the target audience's needs and behaviors, ensuring that each project is intuitive, functional, and impactful. The Product Designer will work with User Experience, helping us think what the product needs to deliver and how to deliver it, and also work with interface design, aesthetics and usability. \nKey Responsibilities:1. Design Solution Development:\nCreate innovative and functional designs for digital platforms, always focused on the user experience.\n\nInteract directly with product managers and software engineers, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.\n\n2. User Research and Understanding:\nConduct user research to understand their needs, behaviors, and pain points, guiding the design process.\n\nCreate user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.\n\n3. Innovation and Creativity:\nSeek design solutions that are not only functional but also creative and bring real value to users.\n\nBalance aesthetics and usability, creating visually appealing and intuitive interfaces.\n\n4. Collaboration and Feedback:\nWork collaboratively with development teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of design solutions.\n\nParticipate in design reviews and gather feedback to continuously improve solutions.\n\nQualifications:Significant experience in digital interface design and with modern design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite).\n\nDeep knowledge of usability, user-centered design, and current design trends.\n\nAbility to translate user needs into visually attractive and intuitive design solutions.\n\nExperience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\n\nCreativity and the ability to generate innovative solutions that address real user needs.\n\nWhy Join IBBX?\nAt IBBX, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where creativity and technology are always evolving. Here, we value design solutions that directly impact the user experience and transform the market. If you're passionate about design and want to work with collaborative teams in a constantly evolving context, IBBX is the ideal place for you!\nInformative:\nIBBX is currently hiring for 2 Designer positions.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3852,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-02T12:00:02Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":21,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":0.6,"p_active":0.631,"p_room":0.55,"age_days":32,"expected_fill_days":27,"reasons":["seen:32","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-11-03T05:54:40Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/ibbx-uxui-designer-software","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/ibbx-uxui-designer-software.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-11-03T15:49:56Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":22110,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-11-04T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":3860886},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=3860886"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fibbx-uxui-designer-software"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fibbx-uxui-designer-software"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fibbx-uxui-designer-software"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/ibbx-uxui-designer-software\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fibbx-uxui-designer-software"}],"agent":{"mcp":"https://alion.io/mcp/jobs","mcp_open":"https://alion.io/mcp/open","next":[{"tool":"get_job","arguments":{"id":1695327}},{"tool":"search_jobs","arguments":{"company":"ibbx.tech","detail":"compact"}},{"tool":"match_people","arguments":{"job_id":1695327},"note":"people open to offers who fit this vacancy"}],"note":"The same data through MCP tools: https://alion.io/mcp/open needs no sign-in (compact searches, postings, people); https://alion.io/mcp with an Alion account has everything.
