Keeps inventory of monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.Job Description:\nESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS\nThe statements on this job description are intended to describe the general nature of level of work being performed by incumbents. peripheral devices\nWhere required, install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot associated end user workstation software\nPerform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex PC problems for end users and implement corrective hardware solutions, including off-site repair as needed\nReceive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding PC and/or hardware problems\nDevelop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment\nMonitor and test PC performance and provide PC performance statistics and reports\nInstall and test customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems\nConduct research on computer products in support of PC procurement and development efforts.\nInstall software and image PC hardware as needed\nMaintain, order and setup remote devices such as iPhones, iPads and laptops\nTravel within market and to other markets as needed to include overnight stays\nMaintain applicable service level agreement pertaining to department ticket queue\nResponsible for laptop encryption and security\nResponsible for maintaining proper stock level of standard devices ready for deployment\nResponsible for Preventative Maintenance of the Instant Issue Printers\nResponsible for performing health checks in all branches\nPossess a high level
