The program follows a 70-20-10 development model, with 70% of learning gained through hands-on project work, 20% through mentoring, networking, and relationship building, and 10% through formal learning opportunities.\nWithin the Engineering & Project Delivery Internship Program, interns may support engineering, infrastructure, environmental, renewable energy, planning, and project execution activities across Avangrid.
