You will provide support for executive reporting, Management Committee and Board of Directors reporting requirements, regulatory filings, Purchasing controls, business continuity planning, and operational reporting.\nYou will work collaboratively with Purchasing, business stakeholders, regulatory teams, and executive support functions to ensure timely completion of deliverables, accurate reporting, and compliance with company policies and procedures. If you are highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to join our dynamic team.\nResponsibilities\nThe Purchasing Analyst will support the Purchasing organization with a range of responsibilities, including:\nMonitor purchasing activities and perform ongoing analysis to support operational effectiveness and timely issue resolution.\nSupport business continuity, risk management, and operational readiness initiatives through planning, documentation, maintenance, and periodic reviews.\nCoordinate and support leadership reporting activities, including the preparation of presentations, briefing materials, supporting analyses, and status updates.\nAttend meetings and document key discussion points, decisions, action items, and follow-up activities.\nTrack approvals, deliverables, and key milestones to support governance and management reporting requirements.\nMaintain and manage reporting tools, tracking logs, and databases to ensure information is accurate, complete, and current.\nSupport Compliance, Regulatory, and audit-related activities, including documentation, reporting, information requests, and record retention.\nMonitor and validate performance metrics and operational data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.\nSupport controls monitoring activities and perform reviews to confirm adherence to established policies, procedures, and governance requirements.\nPrepare recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, presentations, and data analyses for leadership and business stakeholders.\nIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvements, special projects, and strategic initiatives.\nAssist with the development, maintenance, and improvement of departmental procedures, documentation, and reporting processes.\nProvide administrative, analytical, and project support to departmental leadership as needed.\nNote: The above Key Responsibilities/Duties are not intended to be all inclusive.
