Delivering on behalf of ScottishPower People and Organisation and the Iberdrola Group; ensuring delivery approaches align with Iberdrola Group principles, values, and business priorities.\nWorking to deliver a variety of projects, some from first principles and concepts; you will develop solutions to drive customer value and support business development by applying diagnostics to complex problems, through consultancy conversations with a focus on the employee experience.\nManaging significant projects and programmes of activity for Senior Business and People and Organisation Stakeholders, you will work with agility adapting plans to manage changing priorities.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nWork with agility within a consultancy teamworking model, focused on pace, collaboration change agency, leveraging skills & specialisms, and team & personal development\nDeliver HR solutions using established policy, tools and frameworks, highlights gaps, proposes options and recommendations and works with subject matter experts to develop revised policies, tools and frameworks\nDesign and facilitate the implementation of major HR programmes to support organisational change and performance improvement in line with organisational values; facilitate the development, embedding and application of solutions in support of organisation performance\nScope out the requirements of projects and programmes individually or collaboratively with a team, function or cross function or business input to understand project sponsor goals, rationale for change and strategies for delivery\nLead associated processes for organisational design, business and growth plan projects and transformational programmes ensuring alignment with future capability needs and business strategy\nGather and analyse a range of complex data, information, and situation detail to identify effective and value add solutions and ensure agreement on approach for way forward and/or delivery where no precedent exists and/or options conflict\nProactively engage with the relevant business, expert area, or Group contact to accurately diagnose, determine and challenge to ensure the appropriate strategy, method, support or vehicle is employed to deliver integrated people solutions that support business development, address business need and maximise performance\nMaximise the business performance through development, implementation, and measurement of new significant, solutions across the organisation. Whilst taking a data-centric approach to identifying gaps and opportunities\nResponsibility for assessment of risk (including Employee Relations and Employment Law), business readiness and identification of barriers to change on an ongoing basis throughout the planning, development and implementation of solutions, programmes and projects\nLead teams on a matrix basis as required to develop and implement solutions to drive and improve business performance\nResponsible for delivering and completing projects within agreed timeframes and reporting on progress of delivery, identifying and highlighting challenges and risks to the relevant stakeholders\nWhat you’ll bring\nAs a minimum, you will bring\nBroad HR and senior consultancy experience at a strategic level\nSignificant experience developing and delivering complex change and HR programmes and projects, from initiation through to delivery\nExperience of delivering organisational design at team to enterprise level\nExperienced in strategic thinking, planning and analysis skills, with the ability to translate strategy into solutions and identify people implications\nExperience facilitating cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment and shared ownership of deliverables\n Ability to influence strategic change and organisational performance whilst managing multiple projects and programs successfully across the project lifecycle in a matrix style\nStrong facilitation and communications skills managing senior management stakeholders\nProven ability to lead HR projects from initiation to implementation, applying structured project management techniques, managing risk and dependencies, and ensuring clear governance and reporting\nKnowledge of recognised change management methodology (e.g. Prosci)\nWhat’s in it for you\nAs well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
