The main purpose of this role is to support the team with the delivery and proofing of regulatory communications, delivery of ad-hoc campaigns, and updating the suite of customer charters and T&C’s. The Marketing Executive will help deliver clear, concise customer-centred communications which achieve business objectives.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nHelp to develop, manage and implement marketing activity aimed at meeting the Customer Business’ strategic and tactical goals\nEnsure customer charters are updated, complaint, regularly reviewed by stakeholders and easy to understand\nEnsure our communications are fit for purpose for a wide range of customers and follow the Plain English and Plain Numbers principals\nConsider regulatory, legal and compliance and Data Protection within all content and communications being developed\nAnalysis of how comms perform and their impact on diverse business areas (such as inbound call volumes, debt collection, meter reads, losses, customer research etc.)\nCollaborate with Customer Services, Back Office, Digital and Sales and Marketing to ensure that key service principles are maintained and contact channels are effectively managed \nWork collaboratively with others to deliver business priorities within defined timelines\nEnsure compliance with brand guidelines and positioning as well as regulatory, government and industry requirements\nEnsure appropriate training, briefings and call centre support is provided\nWhat you’ll bring\nEducated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification in a Marketing related subject \nProven track record of delivery in marketing \nDigital Marketing knowledge is highly desirable \nKnowledgeable and experienced within campaigns/communications \nSkilled communicator with effective influencing skills\nNumerate and analytical, with excellent attention to detail\nAbility to work to targets and tight deadlines\nAbility to quickly interpret data and make informed judgements\nAbility to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to deliver common objectives\nAbility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment\nConfident decision maker\nExcellent at multi-tasking\nSelf-motivated\nPC Literate\nMinimum Criteria\nEducated to degree level or equivalent Marketing professional qualification\nProven track record of delivery in marketing \nStrong stakeholder skills\nDemonstrable ability of being numerate and analytical\nComfortable using Excel, Word, MS Teams\nWhat’s in it for you\nAs well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
