This role supports programme planning, reporting and administration across systems including SAP, CCT, Cintellate and ENPaRT, helping ensure efficient delivery of work programmes, accurate reporting and strong operational performance.\nProvide administration and management support within all areas of the business\nManage all correspondence and communication within the business\nEnsure that all customer contacts are dealt with in accordance with relevant processes\nAssist in the building of the weekly work programme with Zone staff and Team Leaders\nSupporting the weekly and daily maintenance of the resource plan and work programme\nProduction and delivery of reports and management information within agreed timescales\nLiaison with external suppliers and other business areas Printing and collation of information to assist in the generation of work packs\nContribute as an effective team member of Zone team.\nEnsure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed.\nEnsure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on issues as they arise.\nComply with appropriate safety equipment as required\nWork towards a zero-accident culture.\nWhat You'll Bring\nPlanning and Organising skills\nExcellent communication skills\nSignificant administrative experience\nAble to operate at all levels of the business\nWorking knowledge of Business IT systems\nWorking knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices.\nWorking knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation\nDeveloped negotiation, communication and people management skills.\nDeveloped Customer Service skills\nFamiliarity with MS suite of systems\nKnowledge of the Asset Inspection System (AIS)\nKnowledges of SAP system\nKnowledge of Cintellate system\nKnowledge of ENPaRT scheduling system\nMinimum Criteria\nExperience in a multi-stranded project support/co-ordination role or equivalent role\nGeneral knowledge of the Operations, Maintenance and Construction Businesses activities.\nEducated to GCSE or equivalent standard\nComputer literacy - e.g. Microsoft Office suite\nWhat’s in it for you\nAs well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
