The Senior Project Manager will bring together all the people involved in improvement projects and drive them through to successful implementation, leading the way, motivating colleagues, and helping to remove blockers in the journey. \nWhat you’ll be doing\nOwnership of the overall scope of the projects, ensuring gaps are identified and addressed \nProvide leadership to projects, communicating effectively as well as motivating and influencing project teams and business stakeholders to work towards common goals\nProvide overall governance around the projects, enabling effective planning for tasks and deliveries and provide benefit tracking and monitoring\nWork on complex problems with a solution-focused approach\nInfluence and challenge stakeholders to align on priorities and sequencing\nManage the risks and budgets, including the development of contingency plans\nWhat you’ll bring\nAs a minimum, you will bring\nDegree qualified in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience \nPrevious project management experience of leading the delivery of software solutions to meet business needs \nAbility to think analytically about problems and help drive solutions\nProven experience leading business improvement initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes \nAbility to manage business stakeholders, developers, and testers to drive forward system and process improvements\nProven ability to implement change in a complex multi-national organisation\nExperience influencing stakeholders at an enterprise level\nStrong business case, financial and cost control experience\nWhat’s in it for you\nAs well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
