They will play a key role in the mentoring of new trainers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed. Additionally, the Senior Technical Trainer will coordinate daily training activities, manage training schedules, and ensure that all training objectives are met in a timely and effective manner. They are responsible for creating comprehensive training programs tailored to the organization's needs, ensuring that course content is up-to-date and relevant. This includes the effective management of the Learning Management System to ensure all courses are scheduled and completed in a timely manner to ensure efficacy of tracking employee competencies and qualifications.
