The role holder is responsible for capturing business requirements and supporting the development and testing process through to successful implementation of projects, alongside providing expertise regarding business processes and supporting day-to-day operations to ensure that the business solution performs effectively.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nEvaluate new requirements including capture, documentation and analysis\nEnsure requirements are met by proposed solutions and technologies are adopted in line with Iberdrola’s technology blueprint \nIdentify issues through reporting and analysis, producing change controls or incidents where necessary \nProvide business and technical expertise to inform decisions on solution requirements \nUndertake end-to-end project management for smaller projects, including project governance and controls \nManage testing of new developments, including test plans and scripts, testing, documenting results and managing defect resolution with suppliers \nLiaise with operational teams, providing specialist application knowledge to help resolve operational issues \nEnsure relevant stakeholders are kept informed throughout project delivery \nMonitor, analyse and optimise business processes and interfaces\nWhat you’ll bring\nProven experience working on systems/technical projects\nGood understanding the project lifecycle\nExperience working with business sponsors and users to define business requirements \nAbility to engage closely with suppliers to identify, design and deliver the best solution for the business\nProficient user of relevant Microsoft applications \nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills \nGood influencing and negotiating skills \nExperience supporting project estimates and working within allocated budgets\nKnowledge of SAP Utility Modules (eg CRM, ISU, IDEX) is advantageous \nKnowledge of Agile methodologies \nMinimum Criteria\nBachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related discipline \nExperience working on technical or systems projects, with a good understanding of the project lifecycle \nExperience gathering, analysing and documenting business and technical requirements\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex problems clearly \nEagerness to learn and share knowledge across diverse teams\nStrong analytical skills, with experience of using SQL to interrogate large and complex datasets, identify insights and support effective problem-solving\nWhat’s in it for you\nAs well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
