The role involves preparing reports and performance data, maintaining outage plans and supporting the scheduling of maintenance activities to help maximise operational efficiency and productivity.\nAct as a central point of contact for work programmes and outage planning\nSupport Engineers, Team Leaders and Schedulers in developing and maintaining work programmes\nAssist with outage planning, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity\nMaintain resource plans and coordinate daily and weekly work schedules\nUse SAP and other systems to identify and maximise outage opportunities\nAdminister work programme controls and departmental processes\nManage purchasing requirements and supplier relationships\nProduce reports, scorecards and other operational documentation\nLiaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers\nMaintain high standards of quality, safety and customer service\nWhat You'll Bring\nStrong planning, organisation and coordination skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities\nProven administrative experience in a busy environment\nConfidence working with colleagues across different levels of the business\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint\nStrong customer service and problem-solving skills\nAwareness of health, safety and environmental practices\nExperience using business systems and databases\nKnowledge of SAP, AIS or Salesforce would be advantageous\nMinimum Criteria\nExperience in a project support, coordination or administration role\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications\nGeneral understanding of operations, maintenance or construction activities\nEducated to GCSE level or equivalent\nRelevant administration or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment\n What’s in it for you\nAs well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
