Ibex Medical Analytics is looking for an IT support Lead to help build a robust service that
enables trusted cancer diagnostics for all.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the technology used by the company
Manage endpoints, servers, and services
Participate in equipment purchase
Collect evidence (logs and metrics) to comply to the standards Ibex adheres to
Test and examine staff complaints and support teams to remediate
Ensure that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
Requirements
Previous experience as an IT support engineer for at least 3 years - a must!
Previous experience as an Administrator of Office 365 & Azure AD and Google Workspace - a must!
Experience with supporting non technical personnel
Experience with Windows, Linux and MacOS administration
Experience with server virtualization (VMWare of Open Source)
Experience with managing network devices (as Cisco and FortiGate)
Experience with troubleshooting network issues
Experience with troubleshooting OS malfunctions
Fluent in English - verbally & written - a must!
