You will join our dynamic HR team in Louvain-la-Neuve and support key initiatives related to Company live, events, process harmonisations, and other HR projects.\nWe are looking for a proactive and organised student who is eager to learn how companies attract, onboard, and support employee life journey. You will be joining the team as from February 2027.\nYour responsibilities may include:\nHR Projects - International Harmonisation & Process Improvement\nContribute to the harmonisation of HR practices and processes across our European companies, each with its own culture, history and ways of working\n\nSupport the development and implementation of common HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding and internal policies\n\nHelp build and expand our group-wide Employee Handbook, making HR information more accessible, transparent and consistent for all employees\n\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, improve and digitalise existing HR processes and tools\n\nCollaborate with HR colleagues across different countries on international projects\nPeople & Culture - Employee Engagement & Events\n\nHelp organise internal activities and initiatives that bring colleagues together and strengthen our company culture\n\nTake part in the planning and coordination of our annual international company seminar, bringing together employees from across Europe\n\nSupport event logistics, communications, registrations and coordination with external partners\n\nBring fresh ideas to improve employee engagement, well-being and the overall workplace experience\n\nWe value your personal interests and academic background, and we can align certain projects with your learning objectives during the internship.\nRequirements\nAbout you\nA current full-time student in Human Resources or a related field\n\nFluent in French & English + other languages is a plus\n\nA multi-tasker with good time management skills (ability to juggle competing priorities and deliver results within deadlines)\n\nCurious, organised, proactive and always willing to learn\n\nJoin us!\nJoining Ibexa means becoming part of a healthy and stimulating work environment where human values are central.
