This is a great opportunity to continue building the internal IT for an international group and playing a key role in shaping how technology supports our people.\nThis role sits at the crossroads of user support, internal tooling, and workplace technology, ensuring that our teams can work efficiently, securely, and seamlessly-whether they are in the office or working remotely.\nYou will work closely with our IT Security team and with internal stakeholders such as HR, Operations, and Management, contributing directly to the employee experience.\nYour Mission\nYou will own and continuously improve our workplace IT environment, together with one other IT Workplace Specialist located in Belgium, providing reliable support to around 350 colleagues across multiple countries while building scalable processes, tools, and documentation.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Internal IT Support (Level 1 & 2)\nProvide hands-on support to ~350 users (on-site and remote)\n\nDiagnose and resolve hardware and software issues (macOS & Windows)\n\nSupport collaboration tools, productivity software, and internal applications\n\nAct as the primary point of contact for IT requests and incidents\n\n2. IT Service Management (ITSM)\nManage workflows for:\nNew hire onboarding\n\nUser offboarding\n\nAsset allocation and recovery (laptops, phones, etc.)\n\nAsset inventory\n\nIncident and request management\n\nDefine SLAs, documentation, and escalation paths\n\nContinuously improve service quality and user experience\n\n3. Workplace Tools & SaaS Management\nOwn the lifecycle of internal SaaS tools:\nUser provisioning and deprovisioning\n\nLicense management and cost control\n\nTool rationalization and documentation\n\nSupport the transition from Microsoft Office to Google Workspace\n\nAct as the internal expert on how tools are configured and used\n\n4. Identity & Access Management (IAM)\nWork closely with the IT Security team to:\nImplement and maintain IAM best practices\n\nEnsure correct access rights based on roles and teams\n\nSupport onboarding/offboarding automation\n\nBalance security with usability\n\n5. Office IT & Meeting Rooms\nManage IT infrastructure across 3-4 offices:\nWorkstations, peripherals, basic networking\n\nMeeting rooms (screens, video conferencing, audio)\n\nEnsure meeting room setups are reliable, simple, and well documented\n\nCoordinate with local providers when needed\n\n6. Documentation & User Enablement\nCreate and maintain clear internal IT documentation:\nUser guides\n\nOnboarding checklists\n\nTroubleshooting resources\n\nHelp employees become more autonomous with tools and workflows\n\nRequirements\nWho We’re Looking For\nYou are a hands-on Workplace IT professional who combines technical expertise with a strong service mindset. You enjoy solving problems, building efficient processes, and making technology seamless for end users. You are comfortable working autonomously while collaborating closely with Security, HR, and Operations. \n\nYour profile:\nMid-level experience in internal IT, workplace IT, or IT operations\n\nStrong hands-on experience with:\nmacOS and Windows environments\n\nGoogle Workspace (or solid experience with Office 365 and the motivation to lead a transition)\n\nSaaS-based tools\n\nComfortable supporting both technical and non-technical users\n\nFamiliar with IAM concepts and working in collaboration with security teams\n\nExperience setting up IT processes from scratch in a growing environment\n\nStructured, reliable, and highly service-oriented\n\nStrong communication and pedagogy skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly\n\nFluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus\n\nJoin us!\nJoining us means becoming part of a healthy and stimulating work environment where human values are central.
