The successful individual in this position will work across teams and closely with Arcadis’ Senior Management, demonstrating a robust understanding of both technical and business domains.\nProject Delivery & Coordination\nSupport the planning and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.\nAssist in tracking project progress and preparing internal and client-facing reports.\nCoordinate activities across project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.\nParticipate in project meetings and support documentation and follow-up actions.\nHelp identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.\nField Supervision & Implementation\nContribute to on-site supervision activities related to project implementation.\nSupport coordination of site works, inspections, and contractor activities.\nEnsure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.\nAssist in resolving on-site issues in collaboration with the project team.\nTechnical & Consulting Support\nAssist in transportation and ITS-related analysis and studies.\nSupport the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and deliverables.\nContribute to data collection, validation, and interpretation of results.\nWork closely with senior engineers and consultants to develop practical solutions.\nBusiness & Team Support\nAssist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and bid documentation.\nSupport internal coordination during project pursuits and client engagements.\nBuild effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.\n Degree in Civil, Electrical, Transport, or related Engineering discipline\n3-6 years of relevant professional experience in project delivery, engineering, or consulting\nExposure to transportation, infrastructure, or ITS projects is advantageous\nUnderstanding of project management principles (certification is a plus, not required)\nExperience with site-based or field supervision activities is beneficial\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail\nAnalytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities\nEffective communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal)\nAbility to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 tools; familiarity with project management software is an advantage\n Why Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
