Main activities of this position are:\nPerform preventive and corrective troubleshooting & maintenance on hardware and software components for Tolling and/or ITS Systems (ITS) such as:\nPhotovoltaic power system\nCameras\nSwitches\nPrinters\nElectrical/Electronic Cabinets\nPTZ (cameras on poles up to 14m)\nVariable Message signs (Small, medium, large)\nSensors\nComputer equipment\nCCTVs\nOperating Systems\nSwitches\nProvide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve incidents in person or remotely depending on the situation.\nPerform onsite visits, installation, integration and deployment activities involving mechanical, electrical, electronic, software and hardware components\nContinuously acquire technical skills on technologies to keep up with technological evolution.\nPrepare technical reports for the clients on incidents, maintenance and their resolution.\nInteract with clients to explain root cause/solution\nCapture the client's needs regarding the improvements required to operate their systems; document details shall be enough to explain the engineering/software development team what is required.\nInteract with designers, developers and other specialists to troubleshoot solutions for the clients.\nAbility to troubleshoot basic network issues\nAbility to read and interpret various logs.\nAbility to assemble industrial/network/electrical connectors\nLift equipment\nSkills.\nUnderstanding of communication network concepts.\nUnderstanding information security, firewalls, switches and routers.\nTroubleshooting operating systems\nProviding preventive maintenance to electrical/electronic components\nAbility to work independently, but also oriented towards teamwork.\nOral and written communication skills.\nsolving technical problems.\nAbility to learn and take on new challenges.\nAvailability to travel occasionally and to work under pressure.\nUse of Microsoft office tools.\nAbility to drive automatic and manual vehicles.\nWork in heights up to 9m tall.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Electronics, Systems Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering or related.\nEnglish proficiency is a plus\nStrong knowledge of one or more of the following fields: Electronic design, systems engineering, networking, operating systems, programming, autoCAD, operating systems\nLocated near Toluca-Atlacomulco area\nElectrical/Electronic instrumentation utilization.\nTo Apply:\nSubmit resume in English highlighting applicable experience\n Why Arcadis?\nWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
