The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of planning and executing test cases in Momentum Financials. The Momentum testing Analyst will support the Testing Lead and the program by developing test cases and executing testing activities for an implementation release as part of the overall program. This will include system integration testing, regression testing, progressive integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborating with the automated test team to identify and support automation of high frequency tests.\nThe ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and as a part of a team and has experience in taking ownership of work assignments and project schedules.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with the Testing Lead, Momentum subject matter experts, Government stakeholders, and external vendors to plan and conduct functional testing on Momentum configuration and support the analysis, resolution, retesting, and closure of defects.\n\nReview requirements, user stories, business process flows, and other documentationto understand new configuration and define test coverage.\n\nReview, develop, and update test plans, test cases, and scripts for new or modified functionality, including positive and negative test scenarios.\n\nExecute manual and automated test scripts, document results, identify issues and defects, and prepare testing summary reports\n\nPrepare materials and support facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training, as needed\n\nMinimumRequirements:\nBachelor's degree\n\nMinimum 4years of total professional experience, including demonstratedexperience testing Momentum Financials or other large scale ERP system\n\nMinimum 2years of related testing experience, includingdeveloping, validating, and executing test scripts, documenting test resultsand evidence, identifying defects, and supporting defect resolution and retesting.\n\nExperience reviewing functional requirements, user stories, business process flows, or other documentationto develop test scenarios and scripts.\n\nKnowledge of federal financial business processes and understanding of testing strategies,and methodologies, defect management, iterative testing, and end-to-end testing.\nStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document test results, defects, risks, and testing status for technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with Government stakeholders, developers, functional teams, and external vendors in a challenging, high-visibility environment.\nAbility to obtain a public trust clearance\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Department of Veterans Affairs\n\nExperience using Agility, Jira, or similar tools to manage requirements, test cases, defects, and testing progressforrequirementsortesting\n\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an iterative development and testing
