This role focuses on applying proven change management methodologies and solutions to address the human factors that impact the organization’s ability to achieve its strategic goals.\nThe OCM Analyst will leverage industry-standard tools and frameworks to guide the development of a future-state organizational design, ensuring alignment across people, processes, and culture. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to drive adoption, enhance engagement, and enable sustainable transformation.\nThis is a fully remote position.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nAssess OCM and operational readiness\nFacilitate virtual and face-to-face meetings with government clients and lead co-ordination/collaboration from various business units\nAttend and participate in meetings with many different client stakeholder groups\nIdentify and formulate organizational target state requirements from written materials and verbal interactions with stakeholders\nIdentify and document organizational design challenges, obstacles, and decisions, and provide rationale and recommendations to help address resistance to change\nDevelop and execute communication plans\nDefine approaches for developing a permanent organizational resiliency and change capacity within differing organizational units and approaches for transitioning key change management responsibilities and activities to them\nApply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change\nDefine activities to support change and transition initiatives\nDevelop and deploy user adoption/training programs around our technology solution\nWork directly with the client and end user to affect change\nServe as a trusted advisor to our customers both internal and externa\nTest and review all deliverables to ensure quality and compliance\nBe the teammate everyone wants on their team and take ownership in making our company the best place to work\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field\n5+ years of experience in management consulting, change management or organizational/business transformation in consulting or industry role\nAbility to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with team members and stakeholders\nEffectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients\nExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills\nOCM experience with system and/or IT implementation.
