The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of planning and executing test cases in Momentum Financials. The Senior Momentum testing Analyst will support the Testing Lead and the program by developing test cases and executing testing activities for an implementation release as part of the overall program. This will include system integration testing, regression testing, progressive integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborating with the automated test team to identify and support automation of high frequency tests.\nTheSeniorMomentum TestingAnalystwillalsomentorjuniortestersandpotentially lead a small team of testers.Theidealcandidateisa self-starterwho canwork independentlyand as a part ofa team and has experience in taking ownership ofwork assignments and project schedules.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with the Testing Lead, Momentum subject matter experts, Government stakeholders, and external vendors to plan and conduct functional testing on Momentum configuration and support the analysis, resolution, retesting, and closure of defects. \nReview requirements, user stories, business process flows, and other documentation to understand new configuration and define test coverage. \nReview, develop, and update test plans, test cases, and scripts for new or modified functionality, including positive and negative test scenarios. \nMentor work of junior testers and potentially lead small team of testers\nExecute manual and automated test scripts, document results, identify issues and defects, and prepare testing summary reports \nPrepare materials and support facilitation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) training, as needed\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor's degree \n8 years of total professional experience, including experience testing Momentum Financials or other large scale ERP system \nMinimum 4 years of related testing experience, including developing, validating, and executing test scripts, documenting test results and evidence, identifying defects, and supporting defect resolution and retesting. \nExperience reviewing functional requirements, user stories, business process flows, or other documentation to develop test scenarios and scripts\nKnowledge of federal financial business processes and understanding of testing strategies, methodologies, defect management, iterative testing, and end-to-end testing. \nStrong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document test results, defects, risks, and testing status for technical and nontechnical stakeholders. \nAbility to work independently and collaboratively with Government stakeholders, developers, functional teams, and external vendors in a challenging, high-visibility environment. \nAbility to obtain a public trust clearance \nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Department of Veterans Affairs\nExperience using Agility for requirements or testing\nUnderstanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an iterative development and testing environment.\nBenefits
