Key Responsibilities:• Lead technology initiatives from business need definition through implementation and operational handover.• Work with business stakeholders to understand problems, define requirements and redesign processes where required.• Develop clear specifications and contribute to business case development.• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, vendors and delivery activities.• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure requirements are properly traced through testing and acceptance.• Ensure solutions are ready for implementation and supported by appropriate operational readiness evidence.• Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.• Drive user adoption through appropriate training, communication and change management activities.• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.• Provide clear reporting on project progress, risks and key decisions to management.
