The Supply Chain Coordinator will work closely with Demand & Supply Planners, Logistics Partners, Freight Forwarders, Finance and Regulatory Authorities to ensure shipments are received efficiently, risks are proactively managed and supply continuity is maintained.\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage import documentation and regulatory requirements, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely shipment clearance\nCoordinate with Freight Forwarders, Logistics Partners and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth import and clearance processes\nMonitor shipment arrivals, clearance and container movements, proactively addressing delays and potential supply risks\nTrack and analyse storage, detention, demurrage and other logistics costs, and recommend actions to optimise costs\nDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility on shipment status, clearance performance and operational costs\nWork closely with Supply Planning, Logistics, Costing and other stakeholders to ensure efficient end-to-end shipment execution\nProactively resolve import and clearance issues to support product availability and supply continuity\nDrive continuous improvement of import processes, documentation and ways of working to improve efficiency and reduce manual follow-up\n\nJob Requirements:\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, Business or related field\nAt least 2 years’ experience in import coordination, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain operations\nGood understanding of import documentation and regulatory requirements\nPrior exposure to FMCG sector\nDynamic and motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude\nProactive, organized, and able to work independently and in a team environment\nWell-versed in the Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI or any other reporting tools \nGood communication and presentation skills in both French and English\nStrong organizational, analytical, follow-up and communication skills\nAbility to coordinate multiple stakeholders and proactively resolve
