As a Data Engineer specializing in Data Integration, you will design and build solutions to transfer data from operational and external environments to the business intelligence environment. You will utilize specialized tools to create and implement Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes, ensuring the seamless flow of data throughout the business intelligence solution's lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include:\nDesign Data Integration Solutions: Create solutions to transfer data from operational and external environments to the business intelligence environment, utilizing tools such as Informatica, Ab Initio software, and DataStage.\nImplement ETL Processes: Develop and implement Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes to ensure the seamless flow of data throughout the business intelligence solution's lifecycle.\nUtilize Specialized Tools: Apply knowledge of Informatica, Ab Initio software, and DataStage to design and build data integration solutions.\nEnsure Seamless Data Flow: Ensure the smooth flow of data throughout the business intelligence solution's lifecycle by creating and implementing effective ETL processes.\nSupport Business Intelligence: Support the business intelligence environment by designing and building solutions to transfer data from operational and external environments.\nExposure to Data Integration Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Informatica, Ab Initio software, and DataStage (formerly Ascential) - IBM's WebSphere Data Integration Suite.\nETL Process Implementation: Experience working with Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes to ensure the seamless flow of data throughout the business intelligence solution's lifecycle.\nData Solution Design: Exposure to designing solutions to transfer data from operational and external environments to the business intelligence environment.\nBusiness Intelligence Environment: Experience working within a business intelligence environment, supporting data integration solutions.\nData Flow Management: Exposure to ensuring the smooth flow of data throughout the business intelligence solution's lifecycle.\nAdditional Data Integration Tools: Exposure to other data integration tools beyond Informatica, Ab Initio software, and DataStage can be beneficial in this role.\nAdvanced ETL Techniques: Experience working with advanced ETL techniques and methodologies can enhance the ability to design and implement efficient data integration solutions.\nBusiness Intelligence Platforms: Familiarity with various business intelligence platforms can support the development of effective data integration solutions.
