The Recruitment Team Lead is responsible for managing recruitment delivery for assigned RPO clients, providing strategic and operational leadership, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This role leads the recruitment team, drives performance against service objectives, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional client service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:\nLeads the planning, coordination, and execution of implementation projects by establishing structured work plans, defining scope and delivery approach, managing resources and risks, tracking milestones, and ensuring operational readiness through effective governance and communication processes.\nEnsures compliance with client SLAs and KPIs through effective monitoring, reporting, and delivery of monthly and quarterly business metrics.\nConsulting with clients in identifying system/process enhancements necessary to better align the solution with their business goals, including prioritizing those enhancements needed to meet project deadlines and budgets\nReviewing risk and quality plans to ensure necessary mitigation and continuous improvement plans are identified and implemented\nBuilding deep relationships with our customers and continuing to integrate our services when their needs change and value can be added\nAccountable for the management of designated Program Staff and Program Leadership\nAccountable for building and maintaining a high performing, experienced team focused on customer’s deliverables (low turnover)\nResponsible for mentoring, coaching and developing team, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing our future leaders\nEnsuring the customer’s solution and recruitment process as designed is executed consistently across multiple sites\nAccountable for delivering and communicating performance reports and business reviews, including weekly status updates, Monthly Delivery reports, QBRs, and lessons-learned analyses.\nConduct daily, weekly huddles with team, cascading IBM and customer information as appropriate\nDevelop and maintain relationships with any or all the above: Human Resources Partners, Senior Human Resources personnel and Senior Delivery Managers, Recruitment Services Technology liaisons, Recruitment Resource Center Management.\n6+ years’ experience in end-to-end Staffing, Recruiting, or Account Management in a corporate or professional services environment\n6+ years’ experience managing recruitment teams in a matrix management environment\n6+ years of experience recruitment best practices\nExperience in client and stakeholder management, with the ability to partner with clients to develop and execute recruitment strategies that meet hiring demands\nExperience in leadership, ability to effectively lead a team to achieve common goals, with passion for quality, and ownership in accomplishing challenging tasks\nProject Management Excellent applied knowledge of Project Management Skills.\nAnalytical and Problem-Solving Skills, ability to analyze errors/complex situations and implement appropriate solutions and preventive action plans for the team\nInterpersonal Skills, ability to build rapport and effective business collaboration/relationships with key customers and contacts\nCommunication Skills: Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.\nValues: with unquestionable integrity, able to deal with highly personal, confidential information\nMaturity: Excellent ability to maintain composure under pressure.
