Product Design & Collaboration\nPartner closely with Product Managers and Developers to define product requirements and user experiences.\nContribute to product strategy by bringing a user-centered perspective to planning discussions.\nFacilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and collaborative ideation activities.\nEnsure design solutions align with business goals and technical constraints. Visual & Interaction Design\nCreate engaging, accessible, and consistent visual experiences.\nDevelop interaction patterns that support user productivity and efficiency.\nContribute to and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components.\nEnsure designs meet accessibility standards and inclusive design principles. Design Skills\nStrong understanding of User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design principles.\nExperience creating wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and design specifications.\nAbility to solve complex user problems through thoughtful design solutions.\nStrong visual design skills, including typography, layout, color, and hierarchy.
