As a Package Specialist: SAP HR Comp & Payroll, you will support the implementation of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll and Benefits module, utilizing business knowledge and expertise to integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment. You will leverage your specialty in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support to achieve client expected business results. Your primary responsibilities will include:\nImplement SAP HR Modules: Support the implementation of SAP HR Compensation Management, Payroll and Benefits module, ensuring seamless integration with the client's business environment.\nConduct Fit Analysis: Perform fit analysis to identify client requirements and configure the SAP HR system to meet their needs.\nResolve Configuration Issues: Resolve configuration and functional issues specializing in the compensation management module of SAP HR.\nProvide Post-Implementation Support: Deliver post-implementation support to ensure the client achieves expected business results from the SAP HR system.\nTest and Rollout Solutions: Test and rollout solutions to ensure successful implementation of the SAP HR system.\nSAP HR Compensation Management: Experience with implementing and configuring SAP HR Compensation Management module to meet client business requirements.\nSAP HR System Configuration: Experience with performing fit analysis and configuring SAP HR system to align with client needs and expectations.\nCompensation Management Module: Experience with resolving configuration and functional issues in the compensation management module of SAP HR.\nPackaged Technology Integration: Experience with integrating packaged technology into client business environments to achieve expected business results.\nSAP HR Implementation Planning: Experience with planning, testing, and rolling out SAP HR system implementations to ensure successful deployment.\nExposure to SAP Benefits Module: Experience working with SAP Benefits module is beneficial, allowing for a deeper understanding of the overall SAP HR system and its applications in compensation management and payroll.\nFamiliarity with SAP Payroll Configuration: Exposure to configuring SAP Payroll module can aid in resolving functional issues and providing comprehensive post-implementation support to clients.\nKnowledge of SAP Testing Tools: Familiarity with SAP testing tools can facilitate efficient testing and rollout of SAP HR system solutions, ensuring successful implementation and meeting client business requirements.
