As a Security Consultant specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM) services, you help organizations understand and manage the entire identity lifecycle within their enterprise. You utilize commercially available IAM tools to provide Single Sign-On (SSO) and manage user identities effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:\nDesign Identity Management Systems: Create a secure and streamlined identity management system for the organization using IAM tools such as ISIM/ISAM, Cloud Identity/Okta/Sailpoint/MS Entra.\nDevelop Automation Scripts: Develop scripts to automate the provisioning and migration of identities across Cloud, OT, IOT, and enterprise IT, utilizing directory services like TDI and AD, and protocols such as SAML and OAuth.\nImplement Single Sign-On Solutions: Provide Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using commercially available IAM tools to manage user identities effectively.\nManage Identity Lifecycles: Help organizations understand and manage the entire identity lifecycle within their enterprise, ensuring secure and efficient identity management.\nOptimize Identity Management: Utilize hands-on experience with SAML, OAuth, and scripting to optimize identity management systems and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure. 6+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, cybersecurity, or related security disciplines. Hands-on implementation or delivery experience with at least one leading IAM platform such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping Identity, or Microsoft Entra. Strong understanding of IAM concepts including IGA, PAM, access governance, authentication, authorization, and Zero Trust. Knowledge of Saudi cybersecurity frameworks, including NCA ECC and SAMA CSF. Experience designing or implementing IAM solutions within complex enterprise environments. Strong client-facing, documentation, and communication skills.
