automation for engineering, infrastructure, compliance, and operational workflows like copyright enforcement tooling, OSS scanning, Notices file generation, source code deposits.\n Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services and engineering tools.\n Evaluate, prototype, and deploy AI and large language model (LLM)-based solutions to accelerate compliance workflows e.g., point-in-time manual evidence collection with always-on automated checks\n Own initiatives from design and implementation through testing, deployment, and production support.\n Contribute to system architecture, API design, and technical decisions.\n Diagnose complex production issues and drive root-cause resolution and improvements.\n Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, security, GRC, legal and product teams to deliver solutions.\n Review code and technical designs and contribute to engineering best practices.\n Develop comprehensive automated tests and maintain high-quality code.\n Participate in on-call and support the reliability of production services.\n Mentor engineers through technical guidance, design discussions, and code reviews.\n\nPreferred Education\n\nBachelor's Degree\n\nRequired Technical And Professional Expertise\n\n4-8 years of software engineering experience, with a strong backend and systems focus. \nStrong experience building production-grade applications and services using Golang/Python. \nExperience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or engineering automation. \nExperience with Python, Golang or similar programming languages. \nStrong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, databases, concurrency, and system design. \nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or any other similar platforms. \nSolid understanding of cloud-native and DevOps practices, including Github Actions, Github workflows, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure automation. \nStrong debugging, problem-solving, code review, and testing skills. \nExperience with Terraform / Infrastructure as Code is a plus. \nExperience in compliance engineering, security automation, governance, OSS/license compliance, or audit automation is preferred . \nStrong ownership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. \n\nPreferred Technical And Professional Experience\n\nExperience with observability tools such as Instana, Datadog, or Grafana. \nExperience with containers/Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure. \nExperience with HashiCorp technologies such as Terraform, Vault, Consul, Boundary, Nomad, or Packer, as familiarity with these products helps in understanding the broader compliance and OSS ecosystem. \nExperience mentoring engineers or leading technical
