Director of Spa (Bali-Based, Relocation to Islamabad)

We are seeking an elite, strategically minded, and highly experienced Director of Spa currently based in Bali, Indonesia, who is fully ready to relocate to Islamabad, Pakistan. In this role, you will take full ownership of the Spa, Fitness, and Recreation department. You will be responsible for driving financial profitability, designing bespoke wellness and nutrition programs, overseeing multi-level marketing strategies, and leading a diverse team of therapists and managers. This position demands an executive who can align daily spa operations with global 4-5 star luxury hotel standards and the company's overarching vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Culture: Set exemplary personal and professional standards. Foster a climate of motivation and enthusiasm, recruit the right talent for the right roles, and continuously develop the expertise of the spa team.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily spa and recreation operations. Ensure custom lifestyle consultations, inductions, and personalized treatment programs are executed safely and effectively for high-profile clients.
• Financial & Budgetary Management: Assist in preparing the department's annual business plan. Budget monitor, control operational costs, and implement immediate corrective actions where necessary while ensuring premium value for guests.
• Commercial & Marketing Strategy: Analyze market segments, monitor local and international competitors, and design marketing campaigns that elevate the spa’s brand image and revenue generation.
• Asset & Facility Management: Take full responsibility for the strict maintenance, safety compliance, and flawless cleanliness of all recreation facilities, treatment rooms, and specialized equipment. Ensure meticulous inventory control and stock re-ordering.
• Organizational Governance: Maintain an efficient administrative system. Update operational manuals, policies, and procedures in alignment with general hotel frameworks, utilizing modern technology to maximize efficiency.
• Executive Communication: Conduct concise, daily briefings with the team. Foster active listening, maintain top-tier executive body language, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with international guests.

Requirements

• Current Location: Currently based and residing in Bali, Indonesia.
• Mobility & Relocation: Fully willing and legally clear to relocate and work full-time in Islamabad, Pakistan (Passport must be valid for at least 12 months).
• Experience: 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience in Spa, Wellness, or Recreation management, strictly within 4-star or 5-star luxury hotels/resorts.
• Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of fitness inductions, lifestyle consulting, holistic treatments, nutrition, and healthy diet frameworks.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrated experience in P&L management, strategic marketing, cost control, and corporate budgeting.
• Language Skills: Fluent, professional-level English (written and verbal) is mandatory for executive reporting and international guest relations.
• Leadership Traits: Exceptional moral judgment, crisis-management abilities, emotional intelligence, and a proactive "lead-by-example" attitude.
