We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one.\nWhat you will be doing:\nEquity Compensation Management:\nAdminister and oversee equity compensation programs, including stock grant options\n\nManage employee equity programs including, long term incentive programs that may include RSUs, PSUs, Stock Options and ESPP programs\n\nManage and ensure accuracy of vendor tools, including details of equity grants, exercises, and vesting schedules.\n\nPrepare and distribute equity-related communications to employees.\n\nMaintain the company’s stock management platform\n\nStock Analysis:\nKeep appraised of stock market trends, company performance, and industry benchmarks.\n\nUnderstand the impact of economic, financial, and regulatory changes on stock and equity markets.\n\nProvide recommendations for optimizing the company's equity portfolio.\n\nCompliance and Reporting:\nEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards related to stock and equity management.\n\nPrepare and file required reports, such as SEC filings and insider trading reports when applicable.\n\nCoordinate with legal counsel to address any compliance issues or concerns.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration:\nCollaborate with legal and accounting departments to develop and implement equity compensation policies and guidelines.\n\nPartner with external financial institutions and brokers as needed.\n\nBenefits Administration:\nAssist with the day to day processing of our benefits, including enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability, distributions, loans, hardships, compliance testing, and 401K auditing.\n\nServe as a day to day contact for employees, plan vendors, and third-party administrators for Ibotta’s benefits programs.\n\nEmbrace and uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, & A good idea can come from anywhere\n\nWhat we are looking for:\n2-4 years of experience\n\nBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
