This includes leading and developing a team of IT support and enterprise systems professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and service-oriented culture. \nThe role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology solutions effectively support organizational goals.\nThe Director is responsible for managing the full ERP lifecycle-from planning and implementation through optimization and continuous improvement-while driving key outcomes such as system adoption, data integrity, operational efficiency, and scalable, sustainable digital solutions across the organization.\nKey Responsibility Areas\nERP implementations (especially with Workday)\nIT Strategy, Planning, and Change Management (Digital transformation initiatives, AI strategy and governance framework, etc.) \nOperational excellence and IT services\nSecurity, Compliance, and Reliability\nTeam Leadership\nThe strongest candidate profile would combine:\nStrategic leadership\nEnterprise technology expertise \nChange management capability\nStrong business partnership skills\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.\nMinimum ten (10) years of experience in ERP implementation and enterprise systems management, with at least three (3) years in a leadership role.\nProven experience leading large-scale ERP implementation projects (Workday preferred).\nDemonstrated experience managing enterprise systems supporting student records, HR, and payroll.\nProven success leading multidisciplinary technical teams.\nExperience supporting enterprise data strategy, reporting modernization, or business intelligence initiatives considered an asset.\nDemonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across academic and administrative teams.\nProven success in vendor management and budget oversight.\nPreferred Qualifications and Certifications\nWorkday implementation, administration, or functional certifications preferred.\nMicrosoft Power Platform certifications are considered assets.\nITIL, PMP, Agile, or similar project/service management certifications are considered assets.\nApplication Process:\nTo formally express your interest in this opportunity, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter.
